Mangrove Classroom
It is a non-formal community education project developed at Casita Ingala, a unique space on Isabela Island in the Galápagos. Located in a mangrove forest five minutes from the beach, this environment embodies the sensitivity and richness of the local ecosystems. From a holistic perspective, the project seeks to promote the care of the space, understood as the care of life, recognizing its value as a living classroom and space for community interaction. From this perspective, Aula Maglar proposes the connection with the land as a central tool for conservation and the strengthening of the social fabric.
